MI Legacy FC Soccer Camps offers FIELD PLAYER and GOAL KEEPER training in a fun, and safe atmosphere! Field Players will develop the following skills.

Ball Mastery:  The proper way to dribble, speed dribbling, shielding while dribbling, cutting the ball. Changes of direction - inside cuts, outside cuts, hook turns.

Fakes & Feints: Players will learn jab steps, step-overs, scissors, drags, combination moves. 

Passing and Receiving: Players will learn receiving soccer balls with different body parts, first touch under pressure, turning with the ball, passing with accuracy, one-touch passing and long-driven balls.

Defending: The art of defending players will be taught proper jockeying, body position, poke tackles-block tackles.

Finishing: Teaching players how to set their plant foot, proper placement, using multiple surfaces of the foot and volley kicks

Goal Keepers will develop technical skills such as catching and handling the ball, stance, tipping and parrying, boxing, diving technique, shot stopping, movement technique, contending 1-on-1, dealing with crosses, distribution, and communication.

Camp Fee:
$100.00 fee required for non MI Legacy FC Players

Items to Bring:

Water, Soccer Ball, Shin Guards, Sun Protection (sunscreen, hat, etc.)
